We offer a 14-day return policy for standard products. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The product must be returned in its original unopened packaging with adequate protection to prevent damage during shipping. We recommend using the provided boxes and sealing them with packaging tape or aluminum foil.
  • The product must be one of our standard items. Custom or specially designed products are not eligible for return.

Important Information:

  • If your original order included additional shipping costs, such as expedited or remote location delivery fees, these costs are non-refundable. Only the cost of standard delivery will be refunded.
